As you already have written your profile bio, the tour description should be an easier exercise as it follows the same principles.

Write a personal summary of the tour you are selling and imagine you are writing for your target audience. Please write in your primary guiding language.

  1. The text should minimum be between 1000 - 1500 characters (not words) including spaces. Use Word Count from the Word toolbar or similar.

  2. Your intro text must not surpass 200 characters (including spaces). This text is important. Use these 200 characters to get the customers attention and make them want to keep on reading. Be specific.

  3. Feel free to share some additional facts about the attraction.

  4. Try to envision what information is relevant to the customer. Where will you be going, which exciting elements does the tour include? What can they expect?

  5. Any additional information? Entry fees or other costs? Should the customer prepare in any way? Do they need to wear warm clothes and comfortable walking shoes, or maybe bring an umbrella?
